May be I should change my handle to GCisEZ :-D Details: EB2, PD: Oct 2006, NSC, 485 app sent: Aug 2007, FP: Oct 2007, RFE for medicals: 2009 Current online status still says RFE response under review. abtoaja Posted July 12, 2011 Report Share Posted July 12, 2011 I talk to L2 officer and she told me that my case is still pending. She mentioned that they process the cases in follwoing order - 1. Take the cases withing priority dates 2. Take the cases by filing date/receipt date Members - Could you mention the receipt date when you update your case status on this forum? This will give us an estimate of the receipt date for which applications are begin processed. Thanks! Link to comment

technocrat10 Posted July 13, 2011 Report Share Posted July 13, 2011 We were waiting for the card for my wife. Finally we got the card today. I think the issue was initially the approval notice for her had COA as unknown. And after couple of days it got corrected to E27 and card got issued. Since she had to travel and we were waiting for the card - to be on the safer side, we took an appointment at local USCIS office and got the I-551 stamp (temporary green card for a year) on the passport this morning. And after an hour we got the physical card in the mail. :) When it (USCIS) rains it pours (in a good way) !! Hope it does for all who are still waiting for the card / approval. GOOD LUCK TO ALL!
