Receipt Date: August 29th Approved Date: Sep 2nd Yet to receive email from lawyer about the tenure of the approval. Currently on EAD and has to apply for H1B, as spouse is moving from L1 to H1B. Worked on the same project for past 1.5 years. Company A applied for new H1B, middle vendor is Company B, the project is at Company C. Got SOW from Company B that was done for Company A, Agreement between company A and B. Applied with all documentation. All the best for everyone else. Link to comment

Initially applied as normal after that it upgraded to premium. what ever i submitted for normal got expired. today i am going to submit docs. Type of employment: Direct hire Internet giant I have joined the new company today on receipt notice and my visa is still not transfered. Its been like 9 days and nothing has happened on my case.
