I just received an email from USCIS that my EAD and travel document has been approved. They have ordered processing of my card. I am assuming it is the EAD and AP. jitentemp Posted January 18, 2012 Report Share Posted January 18, 2012 cici1 -- Mine is Nebraska bodhigan -- No I am not done with FP yet. I didn't want to take unnecessary risk by going early. I think lot of indians are going early these days. I don't think so EAP/AP is dependant on your finger printing. It is a parallel processing. They have already done their due diligence when Labor or I-140 were processed. I hope it helps. Link to comment

leman Posted January 18, 2012 Report Share Posted January 18, 2012 EB2 India, PD – Feb 2008, I-485, EAD, AP – Filed on 12/9/2011 to TSC Received on 12/12/2011 Receipt Notice dated 12/18/2011 for all 3 applications for everyone in the family. Receipt received via USPS on 12/23/2011 FP notice received on 1/3/2012 FP appointment date 1/18/2012 - FP completed. Very easy process, no wait time. I chekced on other web forums. TSC is issueing EAD / AP for cases filed on 12/5 to 12/8/2011 (Many members who received approval had filed between these dates). Hopefully next 10 days we might see many of us getting EAD / AP approval information. Link to comment

EAD & AP approved: Jan 12, 2012 Lawyer says can't start a SR for FP notice till 60 days (Feb 2) even though the receipt says I should recieve it within 30 days and most other with filing and PD around my date at TSC have already got their FP done (based on ********). I hope this won't delay the processing of my AOS application as I'm already expecting an RFE for wifey's X-ray which could not be done due to pregnancy at this time. Could that have caused them to delay my FP notice?? Link to comment

Received USPS mail on 12/29/2011 Haven't received any further information. Cannot Check Status on line. Attorney called USCIS to confirm the case is in their system. Understand It is just a computer glitch on thier website. But they are working on it. I hope EAD and FP notices are received without delay. Link to comment

The processing times for I-131 and I-765 are about three months and since most of us filed on December 1st, It has been about neraly 60 days, should wait until mid Feb and then may be file SR. Looks like lot of people still do not have even their finger printing done. Link to comment

This is like processing less than 1 EAD / day.......If they keep going with this speed then I guess it will take another 4 yers to get approved....lol............Looks like this job also needs to be outsourced or more consultants should be hired.........lol Link to comment
