Post Decision Activity On November 1, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283. For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. Well, these were very basic questions 1. Within 5-10 business days 2. Its normally on the address mentioned on H-1 Receipt Notice 3. I-129 is the petition that your Attorney prepares to send to USCIS, H-1B cannot be applied unless LCA is approved. So to answer your question, USCIS only sends Approval Notice (I-797), You can get remaining from your attorney. 4. Sorry cannot answer this question, Not married yet :) Link to comment
