New Employer generated payroll before my start date

Hi,

 

I am currently working for Company A and I was supposed to join/start Company B in two weeks. My company B generated my payroll for June even though I am supposed to start in July

Company B told me this was due to a payroll glitch in their system and will let me know how to fix this soon.

Now I have 2 paystubs of same time Company A and Company B. Does this create issues with future renewals/visa appointment even though this is not my fault at all.

Company B is going to fix their payroll glitch.  You should be good.

As long as employer fixes it, I do not see issue. Also just my opinion no legitimate employer generates paycheck for their future employee by "payroll glitch".

2 apy stubs might create a problem..

Company B told me this was due to a payroll glitch in their system and will let me know how to fix this soon ... look into fix and ask their immigration lawyer

There is no problem here at all. Technically 2 approved H1 petitions and 2 employers are possible. In your case, there was an error easily provable if needed.
