serap
From those of you who got their NOL received in early to mid December and were sponsored by the U.S. Government at some point (or an international organization that gets funds from the U.S.), have they requested sponsor views? If so, how long did it take them from when they received the NOL till they requested the views? Hi I am on the same boat as you, They sent funding source memo and unknown, it has been 8 weeks now, i do not know how long will it take? Could u please any update on your case? Thanks Link to comment

davince
hi guys I applied for a J1 waiver based on Hardship to a US citizen since may 2016. USCIS received all my documents on may 28 and US State Department on June 4th. They sent my 612/613 to US State Department on October 8 and US State Department sent for a sponsor review on 18 October. There has been no response since. I hope when USCIS sent for an opinon from State Department it meant something good. J1 Waiver Hardship was based on: Finanical, education, illness and same sex Link to comment
