newinthesystem
Hi all, I currently work for an employer and the minimum requirement for the job is a Bachelor's degree. I do have a Master's Degree from USA. Now my boss is willing to sponsor green card for me. What needs to be done regarding job requirement to sponsor me under EB2? Should he create a new job with Master's requirement or give me a promotion? My boss is very lenient on this and it is very likely that he will do what needs to be done for Eb2. Thank you Link to comment
Jyothis
That's technically rigging the process. You should never put your hand in this, ad it should be solely your employer's process and his attorney should be advising him on it and not you. If it comes up during the process that there was an attempt to rig it, you and potentially your employer are asking for trouble. Link to comment
JoeF
Faking such things will never work. It would only lead to a denial. How can you even think about faking this??? Link to comment
