How many paystubs do i need from my new Employer (Emp B) before i go for stamping ? 3. If my visa is put to 221g Status How long will it take to clear ? 4. If my extension is Denied would i be able to come to US with my existing visa ? Please Help !! Nitro
MAK07 Posted June 5, 2013 Report Posted June 5, 2013 1. I think you can't go to Mexico for stamping. But you need to check Employer or lawyer 2. At least 3 - 6 months 3. As per i know it depends upon place to place. 4. Yes i think so ( if you VISA with existing VISA you can come to US )

pontevecchio Posted June 6, 2013 Report Posted June 6, 2013 It would seem from anecdotal evidence that the first step in the Interview is to cancel the existing visa without prejudice and hence one cannot come back if the visa is delayed.
