shnkr
Hi, I have a H1B of Employer A stamped in my passport and it is valid till June 2014 (last year of the 6 year H1B period) and my I-94 is also valid till June 2014. After that I moved to Employer B. Now do I have to go for H1B stamping for the new employer if I travel outside US ? Thanks! Link to comment
jairichi
As long as you are back before June 2014 you need not go for stamping. But, to enter US you need to have your newly approved I797 of employer B along with you existing visa. Link to comment
pontevecchio
You do not HAVE to get a new stamp. Link to comment
omshiv
Not necessary. You just have to show your new petition at POE. Link to comment
shekar11#
Visa stamping is not necessary if you change employers. But while entering at Port of Entry show your new approved petition from employer B. Link to comment

Just for change of employer you doesn't need to go for new visa stamp. Link to comment
MyProfile
You don't have to go for Visa because your visa is valid till June 2014 but while coming back make sure to show the expiration date on the new I-797 so that the officer will write down the new expiration date instead of June 2014 on your I-94 Link to comment
