hemantbhadekar
Hello, I was in US for 6 years on my previous H1B visa. Since the visa is now exhausted and also I have stayed one year plus outside USA I plan to apply for fresh H1B visa, will this H1B visa subjected to 65K cap? Please advise. Thanks and regards, Hemant. Link to comment
wiweq
"will this H1B visa subjected to 65K cap" => Because you are out of USA for more than 1 year, you would be counted towards to cap again. Find and H1b sponsor before it's too late. Link to comment
