us_f1h1gc Posted March 7, 2013 Report Share Posted March 7, 2013 Hello All, My current H1B visa stamp with employer XYZ (EVC model) is valid till Sep 2013. I accepted a FT offer from a new end client ABC and right now they are in process of filing my H1B. Question is - I'm planning to visit India (mostly around May/June 2013), so can I use the existing visa stamp of XYZ while coming back ? or do I have to go for stamping with ABC's petition once I get on to their payroll?
