pontevecchio
Stamping the H1 visa implies an approved H1 petition, an available job and the latest documentation. When did your Previous H1 petition expire? Link to comment
h12345
previous petition will expire in March 2013 but i could not get visa using it due to employee-employer relationship, that job is not available anymore, client allow me to work for few months only from offshore company A (big company) is willing to file for an extension now but am confused if i should go for it or better to wait for sponsorship under new qouta since i have spent more than an year, i would prefer getting an h1b under new quota but am not sure if i will be able to get sponsorship from big company again by April 01 thanks again for your help, wish you a very Happy New Year !
