ashlohani Posted October 9, 2012 Report Share Posted October 9, 2012 I got my VISA H1B Stampted on 14 Sep 2012 and flying to US in Mid December this year. I will be getting married on November 2012. My would be wife is having a valid passport. So, I just want to know that for her H4 visa do I need to get her name changed in her current passport after marriage or she can travel with her current passport on H4 visa with marriage certificate.
