People are also not updating their status promptly in ********.com site. I filed for L1 to H1B in regular process on 22 MAY12. Status - Initial Review. Closely coming to 4 months. Inface USCIS is not publishing the latest processing details in the website. From the updates of fellow forum members, seems that regular applications are getting approved in 4 months duration. Hope that mine also will be completed in 4 months as it is nearing in another 15 days. Link to comment

Application received date - 27th June Application approved date - 16th October (though USCIS website shows Aug 2. No idea how that happened). I am yet to receive the I 797 A so am not sure for how long. The USCIS seems to be giving 1 year extensions but I am hoping for 3. I will get to know that once I receive the I 797 A.
