gli141983
Im going to apply H1b this time and the employer is a small usa consultancy (less than 25). I want to know whether the size of the employee of the company affects my chance of getting h1b.what are the criteria for the h1b employer?.. Link to comment
Jyothis
Its not about the size of the company. it is about what can be proven with documentation and if they can justify the need of an alien worker in place of a US citizen. just my observation. Link to comment
Soohyang
I'm working for a small consulting company with only 2 employees - it's only me and my supervisor, who started the company. The company is a LLC but I'm the single actual employee of the company. Nevertheless, my supervisor has been amazing and is sponsoring the h1b. But does being part of a 2 people company affect my chances of getting h1b, as long as the company is able to pay my salary? Link to comment
