virajss
I am working with company A and filed for my future employment Green Card with company B There was a RFE with I140 process and the employer B wants to run my payroll with his company, but I am not working with company B. This was my future employment Green Card process. Can someone please tell me if payroll generation will affect my current employment company A in any ways? I do not intend to join company B yet. Please help. Link to comment

pontevecchio
Running payroll is illegal and could get you jail time. Please talk to the firm of Murthy or any of your choice about the matter and consider whether you want to be entangled with a crook. Link to comment
SuperStar4GC
Looks like a bluff to me... Its a future employment. Then how can your future employer want to run the payroll for you now? I think he is trying to make you join him. Good luck! Link to comment
Worker11
1) Company A should petition for your GC. 2) If you do not work for company B? why do they file I 485 for you? 3) Do you intend to work for company B? If not, this looks like a fraud. Link to comment
veni001
Unless you have an approved work authorization with employer B, you can not be on his payroll. Link to comment
dec2008
What is your status in US? If you are on H1B, you need a part-time H1B for company B, before they can run yor payroll. Link to comment
virajss
Thanks all for the respense: Here 's my status: I am working with company A on H1B I also have H1B transferred to company B but not yet joined the company. Emplyer B has sent me W4 form for me to sign and I am hesitant in doing so. Thanks. Link to comment
habeebulla
I think your attorney might sent your H1B approval notice (COS to Comp B) along with your I-140 application. USCIS, in most cases, looks for last action rule. Link to comment
