kumaraxg
Hello I am working with company A and filed for a H1 transfer to company B in premium processing. I got Request For Evidence after a week. Now I have a question, If I decide to continue to work with my old employer, Company A, irrespective of whether the transfer is accepted or denied, is it legal? This is urgent, can you please clarify. Link to comment

vitthaljangale
I was working for employer X on H1B currently valid till nov 2011. Got offer from employer Y and got H1B transfer approved. Now i decided to stay back in company X. Do i need to transfer my visa back to company X? Or can i continue working with employer X without doing any formalities? Somehow my company is saying i will have to transfer it back co company X and i am thinking there is a risk of rejecting transfer of H1B to company X. This is very urgent can someone please answer?
