Srawan Srimant Posted February 12 Report Share Posted February 12 Hi All, My valid H1B stamped Visa is expiring on 22nd August 2024. My spouse need to travel to India in the month of March 2024. Her stamped H4 Visa is also expiring on 22nd August 2024. I am planning to raise the extension for me as well as for my Spouse once she is back by mid of March 2024. Is it safe for her to travel to India during the first week of March and return by mid of March 2024 ? Please let me know . Thanks in advance Srawan Quote Link to comment
