RambabuKandikatla
My H1B got expired on 31-Jan-2018 and returned from US after completing 2 years out of 6 years. Now, I moved to a different company. The new organization is planning to file fresh H1B petetion for FY2024. Is there an option to renewal/transfer H1B which was got in prior company without going for fresh filing. Kindly advise. Zodiac System
You said that you have returned to US. What is your current status? You should be able to find an employer who will do an H1 transfer/COS as you have still got four years remaining in your six year H1b term. Good Luck. pontevecchio
You can use the remainder option and get your 4 years cap free. You can have them file a fresh H1 subject to the cap to get a potential term of 6 years in total. Quote Link to comment
