RaviKirankusa
I landed US 3 weeks ago on H1B visa. I received feedback from previous employees on my current employer that he troubled older employees by not paying on time, not running payroll on time. Another employer is in the process of my H1B transfer which is initiated on Feb 17th 2023 as premium processing. I would need help on what will be the options for me if I am decided to not go with current employer and continue with new employer who filed my H1 transfer? Also, How would I handle any RFEs and other questions from USCIS on transfer? Quote Link to comment
Zodiac System
H1b transfer is filed by employer. He will handle the RFE's too in case they arise. He is associated with an immigration attorney. Good Luck. Quote Link to comment
pontevecchio
Get Yourself a Consult with a good Immigration Lawyer. Have you reported for work? You do not answer RFE'S. Your sponsor does. It is possible to go and work for another employer. Edited February 21 by pontevecchio Clarity Quote Link to comment
whiskeyjack
Going for Consular Processing is always an option if you did not properly maintain status. Quote Link to comment
