EAD approved but AP is denied

Hi , 

My spouse is on H4 and applied GC AOS through me . His AP got denied and EAD got approved . \

What should be the next steps . He never travelled out of this country since 7 years , not sure what to do next . Any inputs will be highly appreciated .

The reason for denial of one's I-131 can impact the choice of what is a better strategy. Murthy Law Firm has seen some cases where an I-765 is approved but the I-131 is denied because of fraud/misrepresentation. In such cases, we have found that the finding is a complete surprise and the applicant has no idea until getting the I-131 denial. In those instances we work on resolving the matter by filing an MTR and not refiling in order to challenge the finding's legality and general appropriateness.
