Augleo Posted October 19, 2022 Report Share Posted October 19, 2022 I was in US from 2012 until 2019. In 2019 my extension got denied and I had to move back to India. After moving to India filed the extension again this year and again got rejected. The reason for denial was speciality occupation on both occasions. All my approved extensions were with Job Title System Architect(Although that wasn't my exact role). In 2019 and 2022 the extensions were filed with Job Title user support specialist. In I-140 the Job Title is Senior System Analyst. I would like to know whether the change in Job Title is the reason for my extension denial. My employer is same since 2013 and I-140 is also filed with them. Quote Link to comment
