Visitor Visa Extension Denial and Options

Hello,

My mother came to US in 2019 December to visit us and she couldn't travel back in time due to Covid and travel ban. I applied for her extension and 15 days later, I was able to put her on a flight to India. I have communicated the same to USCIS and she received an appointment for biometric. Since she already left, she cannot do the biometric and the application was denied. 

Question: Her visitor visa is still valid. Can she travel on the same visa to US? Will there be any issues at port of entry? Please assist.

Yes, her visa is still valid. She should bring her I-539 receipt and denial notice, to prove that she left the US while it was pending.

If she left before the I94 expired, there is no issue.
