NNarasimha Posted May 9, 2022 Report Share Posted May 9, 2022 HI I got my h1 in 2013 , i spent around 3yrs from 2014-2017 in usa and come back to india for-good Now my things are settled and planning to utilize remianing 3yrs on my first petition i am aware the petition will be revoked after i quit my employer , but it is valid for cap-exempt since its more than 5yrs am out of usa , am i eligible to re-apply ( if i get an employer) and also plz confirm if the duration in india for more than 6yrs,the petition cant be used again and it permenanly useless Quote Link to comment
