Surendra Nuvvula
Hi Team, Good Day! I have unused H1B Visa which I got it in 2016 and had stamping in the same year but I did not travel to US unfortunately. Could you please clarify that the visa validity does expire by 2022 year end or it will be valid for still 6 more years as I didn't utilize/travel to USA anytime. If it is valid and if I want to utilize it now what are the next steps and process to follow to fulfill my dreams Regards, Surendra Quote Link to comment
Zodiac System
There are several schools of thought on this topic. Some attorneys claim that they were able to process a previously unused H1b, while some say that it cannot be used again and you have to re-enter the H1b lottery system. Do you have an employer currently in US, who is willing to process your previous H1b? Good Luck. Quote Link to comment

You should be good. Quote Link to comment
pontevecchio
Since your visa was stamped, you are considered cap counted and any employer can file an H1 petition for you non-cap. Quote Link to comment
