H1 Transfer- Multiple employer & grace period

I am with Company A with I94 valid till next year end. But I am expecting my job to be over in 1-2 month. So now i got a new job with company B & planning to join on H1b transfer receipt. My question is

1. if this visa transfer gets denied with company B. will there be any 60 days grace period to file another transfer through company C?
2. while company B is trnasferring my visa, if I get RFE- can I start a new visa transfer through company C?

1) You will have to count 60 days from the last day of employment of Employee A

2) Yes

You should have 60 days grace period from day of loosing job from company A.

If you get RFE from company B, you can start a new visa transfer through company C.
