rangabaddam
I had uscis inquiry for my previous project in Newyork.Currently i am working in Michigan my H1b Amendement got approved for the same. My Paystubs where not run properly for Newyork client.Uscis officer asked me submit my paystubs for newyork project and lease agreement for newyork appt.I am worried that my H1b may get revoked from USICS.What are my options at this point: 1)Can i transfer the H1b to different employer before i receive the revocation notice from USICS..if it is approved can i join the new employer 2)If i join new employer will the revocation notice effect my new employment in any way. Please help me. Quote Link to comment
Zodiac System
Was this petition for previous New York project also an amendment? Ask your current employer/attorney to withdraw your petition for New York project immediately, as the position does not exist any more and denials do not look good on your immigration records. gopalakrishnach
This might bite you in new H1B petition also. Better to look into how to fix the issue instead of moving to new employer. I maybe wrong. Quote Link to comment
LeaveMessageH1B
Your employers attorney need to take car of this. Sorry I don't have any advice but I have a question what do you mean client didn't run paystubs properly? I can guess client might have not paid or skipped payments, but did your employer also didn't support/pay you when the client didn't pay? Quote Link to comment
