Deep13 Posted November 6, 2020 Report Share Posted November 6, 2020 (edited) Hello, last year I moved to UK on Spouse visa from USA! my employer asked me that they had to do revoke the H1B petition and they did, but i still have my H1B stamped and valid, now I want to move back with the same employer but as per my employer they are saying that they have to file new petition and i have to get it stamped again. My question here is that can I travel back with my existing H1b visa stamped with new approved petition, instead of getting new visa stamped?
