Now my date sare curent and I am planning to file AOS 485/765/130 for my entire family. COuld you please let me know once i filed AOS may be early September, My son status will be legal to stay without F1 Approval? As per current situation, I don't think his F1 will approve soone and he can't travel to India due to study. Thanks, Quote Link to comment

newacct Posted August 25, 2020 Report Share Posted August 25, 2020 As soon as he files I-485 (AOS), he can stay in the US for as long as his I-485 is pending. As to whether his school will let him study, that will be up to the school. Quote Link to comment
