While on L2 EAD, I received 2 weeks unemployment benefits (as a 1099 contractor) as well as a PPE loan. Could either of these be the reason for the RFE? pontevecchio Posted August 10, 2020 Report Posted August 10, 2020 Firstly the H1 sponsor filed the petition. The RFE is about the H1 petition and the employer needs to answer whatever they need. L2 EAD is UNRESTRICTED work Authorization and what you did does not factor into her RFE. Quote

First try to find out what RFE about from Petitioner and its upto their decision if they want to move forward or not.. Quote
