Not eligible for requested extension of status.

Hi,

My employer filed for H1 amendment with Client A and it got approved after  filing for H1 amendment with client B with "Not eligible for requested extension of status." That means do I need  move to India immediately or I can stay in US until I get decision for Client B.  Am I under unlawful presence or Out of status? If I stay in US now? (My H1 was approved last year before that I was on F1 ) if any one gives me some suggestion it would be very helpful.

You mean H1 amendment with Client A is approved after you filed H1 amendment with Client B. ?

Is this for Client A or Client B petitions?.. "Not eligible for requested extension of status."

Latest H1B mostly takes precedence.

If Client A is approved then you need to move back to A.

You have approval with client A  OR with Client B?

Go to the client where your amendment is approved  ... ....
