praveen11 Posted May 1, 2020 Report Share Posted May 1, 2020 (edited) Hi All, I came to India on March 5th for vacation and got struck in India, my passport got stamped and is currently with US Embassy and unable to collect it as there offices are closed in India. I started working from home and by May 5th I will complete 2 months getting US pay while in India, can any one please let me know me know is it legal to work from India and getting US pay. gopalakrishnach Posted May 4, 2020 Report Share Posted May 4, 2020 is it legal to work from India and getting US pay. -- you need to talk with your employer if you are full-time or talk to employer/client if you are on EVC model. Most employers/clients allow work from India. You need to make sure ypu pay taxes in India also. Quote Link to comment
