My employer is starting I -140 process, i am canadian and my son has born in Canada and he is still Minor, my birth country is india

i heard if one family member is having country of birth in canada and rest of all are canadians, we fall in canada Quota for Gc here 

if anyone has any idea or some information please share for me here

It only applies to spouse and not children. You can only use yours or your spouse's country of birth for cross changeability for GC.

You heard wrong. You can not use your son's country of birth for your PD. You can use your spouse's country of birth if it is different from yours.

No. A parent cannot use a child's country of chargeability. But you can use your spouse's country of chargeability if your spouse was born in a country with shorter waits.

As far as I know parents cannot get kids country of birth citizenship. One spouse can get others but not kids.
