CROSSBOW
Hi All, My H1B application has been approved till oct'21 and I work for Client A at Location B. I haven't gone for the visa stamping with the approved petition. I am going to work for Client C at Location D. And, planning to file amendment for new location D and then go for the visa stamping with approved amendment receipt. Is it a risky thing to do? or Should I get the visa stamped with approved h1b and then file an amendment for the new location? Need your advise. Don't want to mess up my chances. Please help. It is not risky. That is the right way to go for stamping. After amendment approval. Quote Link to comment
