Kamashal Posted July 31, 2019 Report Posted July 31, 2019 My H1B Visa approved until 2021. But my wife and kids H4 visa is still pending with USCIS. Their biometric is also completed a month ago. But my current employer want me to relocate to different state in one week. Kindly advise do i need to submit any document to USCIS regarding this movement. Will it affect my Dependent H4 visa approval.

Check with your employer and attorney once.
