pontevecchio Posted July 5, 2019 Report Posted July 5, 2019 You will need to be a citizen to file for your parents. First the time taken for you to get the GC. Then the time to become a citizen.
copco Posted July 5, 2019 Report Posted July 5, 2019 On what basis do you plan to apply? Which country are you from? You have to be a US citizen before you can sponsor your parents. You don't even have a GC at this point.
