Moving to a new company with OLD company i140

Hi,

I'm on H1b and i140 Approved from XYZ Company. I moved to ABC company and my H1b is expiring now. Can my current company use my old i140 and file for extension? 

Additional Info: My current ABC company has filed for i140 - It's still in the process of Job posting. With my previous company by desgination was Tech Lead and here I'm a senior staff but my job duties almost remain the same.

I am not an expert but there is nothing like using old I140. Your new employer needs to dolall the work once again and get I140 approved but can use the same priority date as old one.
