H1B Transfer to new company without resigning old company

Hi,

I got a new offer from company B and planning to join B , while not resigning from company A( reason is to wait for the transfer status to B).

Please let me know if I can work for new company like that for about 15 days and then resign from old company.

I have approved H1B from company A and new company is going to file H1B in premium mode but will be joining on receipt.

Please let me know if I can do this.

Yes, you can do that.

Just wait till you get the approval from Company B, resign at Company A and join Company B. Its much simple and cleaner approach.
