work2live123
Hi, I got my H1B stamped this year February 2019, while I was working at client A producing the client A project letter. Visa is valid till March 2020. Now I am moving to client B starting June 2019,no employer change , no role change . and planning to travel to india in September 2019, do I need to go for stamping again as there was change in client from the last time I got stamped ? gopalakrishnach
So when you moved to Client B your employer did not amend LCA and do H1B amendment.? I feel if your H1B is amended and approved there is no need for you to for stamping. You can show visa and new H1B approval. But with out amendment I do not know. Link to comment
