H1B Visa Transfer

Dear Sir / Madam.

I have following questions on H1B transfer.

1. Company "A" is threatening to revoke H1B;  I have joined company "B"  transfer process started of H1B, already and joined on petition/receipts. Company "B" filled into normal processing.

2. I got a offer from company "C" and they are willing to do transfer as well in premium processing. 

Question 

1. I would like to join company "C" if premium gets approved. If company "C" files in premium and it gets reject then is there any impact on my existing transfer process going on.

No effect on ongoing transfer with Employer B.

If you don't work for company A they are required BY LAW to inform USCIS of that fact. This is mandatory.

They are not "threatening", they are following the law, want every company is required to do.

How long you are working for company B? Company C knows about you are working for B and your petition is under process?

Applied for new job and look for some employer to file H1B visa.

Working with company "B" from last 2months of time. Company "C" knows about that they are fine with that ....
