nehahuja
I was employed by a non-profit company which was a vendor for a government entity (non-profit), which was the client. The job concluded in February 2019. I now have an offer from a For-Profit multinational company. Can I transfer my H1B visa from my old Non-profit vendor company to a new Non-profit vendor company and then eventually work for a for-profit client (MNC)? Old SITUATION Non-profit Vendor --> Working for Non profit client New Situation non-profit Vendor--> Working for For-Profit client. Question) Is this allowed? Link to comment

JoeF
If you have not been counted in the quota the new employer would have to file an H1 in the quota (opens next week) for a start date of Oct. 1. Link to comment
