H4 stamping for a minor child without accompanied by parents

Hi,

My daughter is 16 years old. She is planning to attend personal appearance this summer for H4 stamping in India without accompanied by her parents.

Both of her parents are on H1 and have some constraints to travel to India.

First question is, can she appear alone without her parents attending or accompanied?

What is the minimum age of a child, who can appear individually?

Is there a possibility that an adult(uncle or grand parents) can accompany along with the minor if it cannot be a parent?

She can attend. No issues. Yes an adult can accompany her.
