60days Grace period,Transfer filing with multiple companies

Hi 

 

I  got laidoff on Jan 16, Transfer is filed with company A (Prime vendor).Expecting receipt before 60th day. To maintain status,I need to join company A and run paystubs.

1. Can i start transfer with client  while H1b Transfer with company A is in progress and working for company A.?

You can but make sure Prime Vendor and Client doesnot have any clauses that you signed which prevents client hiring you. I am sure client HR and legal team will assist you in this.
