Saanjali Posted August 3, 2017 Report Share Posted August 3, 2017 Hi, i need to travel to India on family urgency. i hold a valid visa in my passport with validity till 07/2018, But my current amendment is still pending (Received Receipt ). Can i travel to India with the existing approval and Visa and come back after a short trip? is there any issues in POE or in Visa Status.. I heard that once the current Amendment is approved then i need to step out of USA and attend consular interview. Please shed some light on this.. Thanks in Advance.. Link to comment
