Wife(H4) travelling to India while my H1 Transfer in progress

Recently i moved to a new company and my H1 Transfer is in progress. My wife has got a valid H4 stamping until Dec 31st 2018 from my previous company.

Now she has to travel to India.

1) Can she come back to US using the same old H4 stamping which is valid till Dec 31st 2018?

2) If my H1 Transfer is approved while she is in India, will she need to get a new stamp?

If 'Yes' is the answer to the 2nd question,

3) What if my H1 transfer gets approved before 2-3 days of her return journey?

Please advise

She can use the existing visa with your H1 petition approval of the company you are working for at the moment. Since you do not have the approval she is stuck. Find out if PP is back and if so convert to PP.
