How can I append my H4 renewal and EAD along with his H1 and make all three applications premium processed ? Can we add my H4 and EAD application to his application through AMENDMENT? If so, will all the applications be processed simultaneously? If his renewal is already in process you cannot append the H-4 and H-4 EAD to it. They will be treated as separate applications. You should have filed all of them together. Now you don't have any chance to make the H-4 and H-4 EAD as premium. They will be treated as normal applications. Link to comment
