How to apply for H4 and H4 EAD at the same time

Hi,

Recently I got my h1b extension. I am planning to apply for H4 extenstion for my wife. Can I apply for H4 extension and H4-EAD at the same time or I need to wait for H4 Receipt and file for her H4 EAD? please suggest.

They can be filed together, but the EAD usually would only be processed once the H4 is approved.

Your wife's is just extension so it would be approve immediately even in the normal process also. after that for H4-EAD you can apply under premium process. this way would help.

Generally for H4 EAD documentation, it required appoved H4 Document right... How to support that document?

Please note there is no PP for H4EAD or for H4 alone.

Not necessary. You can file for H-4 extension and H-4 EAD at the same time. You can file I-539 and I-765 together.

There is no premium process for H-4 EAD application.
