First time stamping -b1 visa to h1b

Hi All,

i came to Us on b1 visa and later my employer sponsored h1b and changed status to h1b. I am in US for 4 years and now planning to go India.

Could you please advice me regarding stamping?(Canada/Bahamas..?)

You can go to Canada. Not sure about Bahamas.

It is advised that you get the first visa in your home country specially if you no US Education.

Hi, I have my visa appointment scheduled in Nov 2016. Below is my case, please advice chance of ris for my Visa stamping at Hyderabad.

I got my H4 Visa in 2010 Dec and came to USA. In 2011 I got H1B and started working as a full time employee for a company.
In 2013 I moved to another company as a Fulltime employee (H1B Transferred). I have my I140 cleared. But I have never been to india since 2010 Dec. 

• What are the chances of risk for my visa stamping?
• Will I be questioned on why I did not come all these years to India?
• This is my first h1B stamping, am worried on how it will go.
• Is Hyderabad tough consulate?
• What are the documents I need to take?

1. It all depends on your employer's credentials and your documentation.
2. They may ask the question but you know the exact reason. Should not be an issue.
3. No worries. Be confident.
4. All the consulates are the same. There is no classification as tough and easy.
5. All the docs related to your stay in US. (all I-797's, I-140 copy, pay stubs, W-2's, employer letter, client letter etc..)
