AparnaMoorthi
Hello ,I need suggestions for my husband case. Last yr he went for stamping in india for h1b and during interview by mistake gave false information and unfortunately he got ban 212(a)(6)(c)(1) in jan and we applied for waiver in feb but that got denial in may saying need more documentation. After an yr gap, we plan to apply waiver again. My question is since we are apart for 1yr and i have 4 yr kid with me, if we apply waiver,1. what will be the possibility of approval?2. Did you guys handled these type of cases before and what was the decision? 3. Can you refer any attorney who is strong in handling haranka waiver? My self and my daughter are here in US. Waiting for his return Thanks, Aparna Quote Link to comment
