chinks
Hi Can I travel to Canada and re-enter USA within 30 days on unexpired I-94. Please not that I have expired F1 visa on passport and I have never done H1B stamping before. Thanks! Link to comment
pontevecchio
Yes, though you need a visa for Canada. Link to comment
gopalakrishnach
Just confused if your F1 visa on passport expired and did not do any H1B stamping on what visa you will enter back to USA. Do you have any US visa stamped on your passport that is valid. Link to comment
JoeF
If You are on H1 you need an H1 visa to enter in H1 status. You can not use your previous F1 visa if you are not in F1 status anymore. Link to comment
